  5. “Supply & Erect” Sub-contract Service: BSI will engineer, supply and erect complete steel buildings designed to meet any local code anywhere in the USA and overseas. We have performed such services for large corporations, General Contractors and Developers. In addition, we can supply replacement parts for pre-engineered buildings.
  6. Leasing and Financing: BSI’s strong financial position and its excellent relationship with both lending institutions and private investors can help you arrange the financing for your project.
